How to Track Your Order with DSers

  1. Find Your Tracking Number:
    Check the confirmation email or log in to your DSers account to locate your tracking number.

  2. Visit the Shipping Carrier’s Website:
    Identify the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL) and go to their website.

  3. Track Your Package:

    • Enter your tracking number in the designated field on the carrier's website.
    • Click “Track” to see the current status of your order.
  4. Use a Tracking Site (Optional):
    Alternatively, visit a tracking website like Aftership or 17track. Enter your tracking number and click “Track” for updates.

It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update after shipping. If you have questions, contact our customer support!
