How to Track Your Order with DSers

Find Your Tracking Number:
Check the confirmation email or log in to your DSers account to locate your tracking number. -
Visit the Shipping Carrier’s Website:
Identify the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL) and go to their website. -
Track Your Package:
- Enter your tracking number in the designated field on the carrier's website.
- Click “Track” to see the current status of your order.

Use a Tracking Site (Optional):
Alternatively, visit a tracking website like Aftership or 17track. Enter your tracking number and click “Track” for updates.
Note:
It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update after shipping. If you have questions, contact our customer support!
